Spa Ettiquette

We may require a credit card to hold your reservation for multiple services or large packages. Please notify us if you have any health concerns or allergies that we should know about prior to your arrival.
 
Arrival
We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to relax and complete the necessary health questionnaire before your treatment begins.
 
Late Show
As a courtesy to following guests, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged the full service fee.
 
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you need to change your scheduled appointment. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hour notice if you must cancel your appointment.
 
Guest Considerations
We ask you to switch off phones and pagers during your visit. This ensures your own relaxation and comfort as well as that of others.
 
Personal Articles
We provide lockable clothing protection, and endeavor to look after your belongings; however, we take no responsibility for loss or damage and recommend that you leave any valuables at home.
 
Prices
In certain instances, our prices may slightly change. If  you are concerned about the price, please confirm prices  while booking your appointment.
 
Groups & Events
We are pleased to accomodate groups for many events. Bridal parties, girls nights, staff events, bithday parties, and more! Upon booking groups of 3 or more, we require a credit card number to hold your appointments.  
 
Gift Cards
We are pleased to offer reloadable Gift Cards to make gift giving that much easier. Gift Cards can be purchased in person or by phone and are available in service, product, or dollar amounts. These are non refundable and no remaining credit will be issued in cash. Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed gift cards.
